At Prairie Stone Counselling, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and professional support to individuals in rural areas. My mission is to enhance mental well-being through personalized counselling services that address anxiety, depression, relationships, stress and other personal issues. As part of a family farm farming & ranching business, I understand the positives and the challenges of the agriculture industry and lifestyle

You can schedule a free 15 minute phone or virtual consultation with me and we can discuss what area of life you are looking for help in or what your challenge is. We can discuss how or if I can be of support in that area. This brief conversation also allows you to see if you feel I would be a good fit for you as a counsellor
I provide supportive professional counselling for anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation and family, relationship or parenting issues and other issues. Counselling can be a place to talk through personal issues in a confidential setting with a professional with an open non-judgmental perspective. I cannot fix your problems, but I can be alongside and support as you work through them.
I use a confidential reliable online counselling system called 'Jane'.
Once you click the online booking system Jane will guide you to create an account.
You can then book your appointment with me. When you book your first session you will be requested to complete an online Intake and Consent form and sign electronically. You will receive a video link in your email for our virtual sessions as well as appointment reminders.

At Prairie Stone Counselling, I believe that everyone has the ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance.

I offer a variety of counselling services to meet the unique needs of my clients, including individual therapy for adults as well as I specialize in supporting youth ages 16 and older. I love to provide service to those working in the agriculture industry who may be new to therapy and this may be the first time they have accepted support from a counsellor.

As an experienced therapist I use a client-centered approach, working collaboratively with my clients to identify their goals and develop a plan to work towards them. I also place a strong emphasis on building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship.
Please feel free to call me with any questions or to book a free 15 minute phone or video consultation
